Problem statement
Getting diagnosed with a sleep disorder can take weeks. Sleep clinics are overwhelmed, technicians spend hours manually reviewing test data, and physicians are backed up with reports.
Mind Company set out to fix that—with AI.
Why?
Create a simple, unified platform that:
Speeds up test review using AI
Works with any sleep test device or software
Helps technicians and physicians work faster and more accurately
Solution
We designed a platform that supports every step of the process:
1. Upload a Sleep Test
Technicians drag and drop a test file—no matter what machine or software it came from. Everything is processed and ready in one place.
2. Let the AI Do the First Pass
After the sleep study is recorded, our AI scans the data and suggests scores. This gives technicians a head start, saving hours of time.
3. Review & Approve (or Reject)
Techs stay in control. They can:
Approve or reject the AI’s suggestions
See confidence scores
Leave notes for clarity or follow-up
This keeps the human in the loop while still speeding up the process.
4. Generate the Report
Once the test is reviewed, physicians get notified. They log in, select a report template, make edits if needed, and download the final report—all without leaving the platform.
